MGM DETAILING LLC
This Agreement applies to all services provided by MGM DETAILING LLC, including but not limited to:
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Ceramic Coatings
Window Tinting
Custom Vinyl Wraps
Color Change Wraps
Partial Wraps
Chrome Deletes
Paint Correction
Detailing Services
Any related automotive enhancement or protection services
By signing below, Customer agrees to the following terms:
Upon pickup of the vehicle and signing this Agreement, Customer confirms that:
The vehicle has been inspected.
All work performed has been reviewed.
The services meet Customer’s expectations.
The job is accepted as complete and satisfactory.
Signature constitutes final approval of workmanship at time of delivery.
All deposits made to secure an appointment, reserve materials, or book any service are strictly non-refundable.
This applies to all services listed above without exception.
Deposits compensate for:
Reserved time in the production schedule
Ordered materials
Labor planning
Lost opportunity cost
Cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, or change of mind do not qualify for deposit refunds.
Once services are completed and accepted:
No refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be granted based on third-party opinions.
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference is not grounds for reimbursement.
If concerns arise, MGM DETAILING LLC must be given the first opportunity to inspect and remedy the issue.
We stand behind our workmanship.
If a defect in installation is identified:
Customer must notify MGM DETAILING LLC directly.
We will inspect and determine, at our sole discretion, whether repair or replacement is warranted.
The following voids all warranties immediately:
Work modified, touched, removed, or altered by another shop
Improper aftercare or maintenance
Accidents, impact damage, environmental damage, or neglect
Use of harsh chemicals or automatic car washes where prohibited
Warranty applies to installation workmanship only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late may require rescheduling.
Missed appointments result in forfeiture of deposit.
Booking within one hour of appointment time and then attempting to cancel or reschedule does not qualify for refund or chargeback.
By signing this Agreement, Customer agrees:
Not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after accepting completed services.
To contact MGM DETAILING LLC directly to resolve any concern.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with this signed Agreement as evidence of approval and acceptance.
Customer agrees to contact MGM DETAILING LLC directly to allow reasonable opportunity to resolve any concerns prior to posting public reviews or statements.
MGM DETAILING LLC is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Rock chips, paint defects, prior body work
Manufacturer paint failure
Trim failure, adhesive failure from OEM parts
Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to services performed
Vehicle condition prior to service is the sole responsibility of Customer.
